In conjunction with Deanslist.us, this will be the first of a few Breakfast and Beer tours which you won’t want to miss. Due to the nature of these, and that most brewery tours are around 11am or noon, the drives will start early. If you can’t make one, don’t worry, we’ll have others and each will start in a different part of the metroplex.
Breakfast & Beer Tour – Part 1 will start in far north Frisco or Prosper, take a fun and scenic loop to breakfast at the famous Bill Smith’s Cafe in McKinney (bring cash), and then end at the Franconia Brewery for their tour which starts at 11am.
Where: N. Frisco/Prosper to McKinney loop. Starting point will be sent via PM on Friday.
When: Saturday, June 22. 8am (prompt departure at 8:15) to 1pm (brewery tour ends)
FRS two-way radios are highly recommended for this drive. Due to the time limitations of getting to breakfast in time before the 11am brewery tour, we won’t wait around for late-comers at the starting point. I don’t believe Bill Smith’s Cafe takes credit cards, so bring cash for breakfast.
